1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Anime Cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Anime Cloud.
2. Service Description
Anime Cloud provides cloud hosting services including Discord bot hosting, Minecraft server hosting, and VPS hosting. We commit to a 99.9% uptime SLA. Service credits are issued for verified downtime exceeding the SLA threshold.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are processed exclusively via UPI (Unified Payments Interface). You must pay the exact amount displayed at checkout using the provided UPI ID or QR code. Services are activated only after screenshot verification. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, spam, malware distribution, cryptocurrency mining (unless on dedicated VPS plans), or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend services for violations without refund.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted via support tickets. Refunds are processed back to the original UPI payment method within 7 business days.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We implement JWT authentication, bcrypt password hashing, and CSRF protection. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
7. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Pricing changes apply to subsequent billing cycles only, never mid-cycle.
8. Limitation of Liability
Anime Cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding any claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
