We collect your name, email address, payment screenshots, and usage data necessary to provide our hosting services. We do not store full UPI transaction details or bank account numbers—only verification screenshots.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to provision services, process payments, provide support, and send service notifications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
3. Data Security
We employ industry-standard security measures including JWT-based authentication, bcrypt password hashing, Helmet security headers, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and full audit logging. All data is encrypted in transit via TLS.
4. Data Retention
We retain account data for the duration of your service plus 90 days for billing and support purposes. Payment screenshots are deleted 30 days after order verification.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, though this may affect functionality.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@animecloud.io. We respond to requests within 30 days.
7. Third-Party Services
We use UPI payment infrastructure provided by Indian banking partners. These providers process payments according to their own privacy policies, governed by RBI regulations.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
